Stepping outside of my comfort zone

Stepping out of your comfort zone is something so many of us struggle with.

It’s the unknown, it’s the not knowing anybody, it’s the feeling of being judged. For me, it’s a combination of so many things, but yesterday, with the support of two beautiful souls, I mustered up the courage to step out of my comfort zone and step into the amazing Soulful C’s Soulful Reset.

The day was emotional, uplifting and simply beautiful. I met the most amazing women who had nothing but love and support for each other. Sharing our journeys and our thoughts on life, we laughed, we cried, and the honesty was just beautiful. Together, through beautiful meditations and reflections we released 2021 and set our intentions for 2022.

Thank you so much, Christine and Carlie, the beautiful Soulful C’s for such a moving, positive and beautiful day. And to the beautiful women I met, I hope we cross paths again one day.
