Grief after road trauma is a very personal journey.  The impact on yourself and your family continues long after the initial shock.  It can bring a myriad of emotions and you may be experiencing intense sadness, confusion, anger, disbelief and guilt.

Common physical symptoms include sleep disorders, migraines or headaches, digestive issues, tightness in the chest, feeling like you’re choking, foggy-headed, numbness or experiencing anxiety.

Grief can be isolating and it can be hard to talk to family and friends about how you are feeling.

Our trained professional Grief and Loss Counsellors can provide you with the emotional support you need.

All counselling sessions are Free to anyone impacted by road trauma and can be undertaken in person, at home, or online through Zoom or Skype.
