This partnership means so much to me, to our family, and our dedicated committee members both past and present. It also carries deep meaning for our incredible counsellors, volunteers, and the community that has embraced and supported us every step of the way.

Losing Jack in 2017 was devastating beyond words, the life we knew and loved completely shattered in an instant. The grief is something we carry with us every day, and while we’ll never stop missing Jack, we’ve found a way to honour his memory through Heart Hub.

Since founding Heart Hub in 2021, we’ve poured our hearts and souls into offering personal, compassionate, and free support to those who are facing the unimaginable. Being able to provide comfort to others who have experienced road trauma means everything to us. We know firsthand how road trauma affects the lives of so many, and it’s a privilege to support others navigating their own personal journeys.

Over the next 12 months, this funding will enable us to expand and strengthen our services, ensuring that more families in our local and South West community receive the support they need.
