Our hearts are full.
Today we held our very first workshop for children to help support them through the emotional journey of grief and loss.
At today's Essential Oils Workshop our gorgeous little BRAVEHEARTS got to make Happy, Calm and Brave rollerballs, and learnt all about energy awareness, emotions, breathing, and mindfulness. What a beautiful day of sharing feelings, thoughts and supporting one another.
