OIC Conference

After sharing Jack’s story, I was given the opportunity to share Heart Hub’s journey since last year’s conference. Reflecting on the last 12 months was incredible, we’ve achieved so many goals and it’s just the beginning.

Thank you to the South West Police for their support and all they do in our community. Every day these incredible people put their uniforms on not knowing what each day will bring. Despite the impact every situation and road trauma has on them, they continue to show up every day to serve our community.

I personally cannot thank them enough. As a family, we will forever be grateful for those special people who were there with our beautiful boy the night he was taken from us.
