At Heart Hub South West we offer a safe, compassionate space where you can talk, reflect, and work through your experience in your own time and way.

Our professionally trained counsellors, based in Collie, North Boyanup, Busselton and Albany, provide compassionate and confidential support to anyone affected by road trauma. Whether you’re grieving a loss, living with life-changing injuries, coping with the emotional impact of a crash, or were a witness or first responder — you don’t have to face it alone.

Our counselling sessions are:

• Free of charge

• Available in person, online, or in the comfort of your home

• Accessible without a referral
