Our Mindfulness Workshops offer a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and gently share time with others who are walking a similar path.
After trauma or loss, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or disconnected. Mindfulness helps bring you back to the present — through movement, breath, creativity, and stillness — in a way that feels gentle and grounding.
We offer a variety of free workshops that support emotional wellbeing, reduce anxiety, and create space for healing. These include both quiet practices and creative activities, such as:
