A fantastic opportunity to share Jack’s story and the services Heart Hub South West provides to our South West Community with the South West District Leadership Group.

It was a pleasure to spend the morning with District Superintendent Geoff Stewart and meeting Brendan Mooney, Acting Regional Executive Director – South West, Department of Communities and Kerry Windsor, Regional Director of WA Country Health Service – South West.
